Where It Goes
The vent terminal housing sits on the exhaust side of the heater, high on the side panel over the round exhaust outlet. The five sided backplate screws to the outlet, the rain shield screws to the backplate, and the louvered grill screws on last.
R0593100 Vent Housing Kit
R0593100 is the vent terminal housing kit for JXi and JXiQ gas pool and spa heaters. It replaces old part number LAR-151-3200. The louvered black metal grill covers the exhaust outlet, and its HOT CHAUD cut-out warns that the area gets hot when the heater fires.
Check Your Heater
Listed for JXi and JXiQ heaters, models 200, 260 and 400, including the ASME versions. All three sizes use this same kit. Read the model and size on your heater rating plate before you order. The heater, flue collector and gaskets are not included.
Everything In One Kit
The kit has the louvered exhaust grill, the five sided backplate with its round opening, the rain shield bracket and six screws. Fit it when the old housing is rusted through, bent, cracked or missing, so the exhaust outlet is covered again.
How To Swap It
Turn the heater off, shut off gas and power and let it cool fully. Take off the grill, then the rain shield, then the backplate. Each is held by two screws. Fit the new backplate to the exhaust outlet, then the rain shield, then the grill.

- ALL THE PIECES IN ONE KIT - Comes with the louvered housing with round flue opening, the five sided base plate, the mounting bracket and the mounting screws, as shown in the photos.
- REPLACE A RUSTED OR BROKEN HOUSING - Fit a new kit when the old housing is rusted through, bent, cracked or missing, or the grille is broken, so the vent area is covered again and the heater looks right.
- WORK ON A COLD HEATER - Switch the heater off, shut off gas and power and let it cool fully before you work on the vent area. Check the model and size on your heater rating plate before you order.
