Return Policy

Return Window & Condition

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Product must not be installed

  • No signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@myswimmingpoolequipment.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and all return shipping costs.

MSP Supply does not provide prepaid return labels unless we shipped the wrong product in error.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective Products

Defective items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Customers must contact the manufacturer directly to initiate warranty claims.

MSP Supply does not process manufacturer warranty returns.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Chemicals

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Custom or special order products

  • Installed equipment

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, you must return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@myswimmingpoolequipment.com.

MSP Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
