🔁 How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@myswimmingpoolequipment.net to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
📦 Return Conditions
- All returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories included.
- Special order items are non-refundable.
- Returns after 15 days may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns after 45 days will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical parts
- Heater components
- Chemicals (including test kits)
- Any item that has been installed or used
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error on your order.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

- Any package refused at delivery is subject to the same return policy.
- Items drop-shipped from manufacturers must be returned through us to ensure proper credit.
- Warranty-related returns may require coordination with the manufacturer.
