Where It Goes
The kit seals the combustion chamber of a JXi gas pool heater. The large O-ring sits between the top plate and the chamber, the oval gasket sits under the blower, and the small gaskets fit the openings in the top plate. The heater is not included.

R0590900 is a 6 piece gasket kit for the JXi combustion chamber with 1 large red O-ring, 1 red round gasket with 4 bolt holes, 1 gray oval gasket with 8 bolt holes and 3 small gray gaskets. Use it whenever the chamber has been opened.
Fits JXi 200, 260 and 400
Made for JXi200, JXi260 and JXi400 heaters in natural gas or propane, including the cupro nickel and ASME versions, such as JXi200N, JXi260NK and JXi400P. Check the part number on your heater rating plate or in its manual before you order.
Keep the Chamber Sealed
The JXi combustion chamber is a closed box around the burners and heat exchanger. Fresh gaskets help it close tight after service. This is the combustion side kit. The water side seals are a different part, R0589500, or R0820700 on ASME models.
Reseal in 3 Steps
Turn off the gas and the power and let the heater cool. Remove the old gaskets and clean the sealing faces. Fit the new gaskets and close the chamber, then check for leaks. Work on a gas heater should be done by a qualified service technician.

- KEEPS THE CHAMBER SEALED - The JXi combustion chamber is a closed box that holds the burners and heat exchanger. The large O-ring seals the top plate to the chamber and the oval gasket seals the blower, so the chamber closes tight after you open it for service.
- CHECK YOUR MODEL FIRST - Fits JXi200, JXi260 and JXi400 heaters in natural gas or propane, including the 260 and 400 cupro nickel and ASME versions, such as JXi200N, JXi260NK and JXi400P. Match R0590900 to your heater's rating plate or manual before you order.
- NOT THE WATER SIDE KIT - R0590900 is for the combustion side only. The water side gaskets and seals of the JXi are a different part, R0589500, or R0820700 on ASME models. Order both if you are resealing the whole heater, and keep the part numbers handy.
