E-Z Weld 206 Enviro PVC Cement is a medium-bodied, medium-set gray solvent cement engineered for fast, reliable joins on PVC and uPVC pipe and fittings up to 6" in diameter. Part of E-Z Weld's Industrial Grade line, this low-VOC formula offers excellent gap-filling properties for interference fits and is trusted across plumbing, irrigation, pool/spa, DWV, and electrical conduit applications. It meets ASTM D2564 standards and is NSF certified for use on both drain/waste and potable water systems. This quart can is a shop staple for pool and pipe professionals who need a dependable, cost-effective cement for everyday PVC work.

Gap-Filling, Medium Body Formula: This cement is part of our Industrial Grade line of products, formulated to provide good gap filling properties for interference-fit joints.

Wide Pipe Compatibility: Formulated to provide cost effective cement for joining PVC pipes & fittings for up to 6” diameter, interference fit, covering SCH 40 (up to 6") and SCH 80 (up to 4") applications.

NSF Certified / UPC Listed: This product is tested, certified and approved by NSF International for use on drain, waste and potable water systems, and is also listed by the International Plumbing Code (UPC) seal.

ASTM Tested Performance: This cement has passed hydrostatic burst and lap shear testing performed in accordance with ASTM Std. D2564, including 500 psi hydrostatic burst after 16-hour cure and 900 psi lap shear after 72-hour cure at 73°F.

Low-VOC Formulation: When applied as directed, per SCAQMD Rule 1168, Test Method 316A, VOC content is ≤ 425 g/L, supporting compliance in regulated air-quality regions.

Installation & Compatibility

Use a Primer on Larger Diameters: When joining large diameter pipe & fittings the use of primers is highly recommended; pair with E-Z Weld Primer, Purple (No. 212) or Clear (No. 211) for superior joints.
Never Alter the Cement: Never add thinner or additive, and never use the cement if it is stringy or jelly like.
Respect Cure Time Guidelines: ASTM has developed a cure-time schedule based on pipe size, temperature and humidity (for example, a 2” joint at 55°F/50% RH and 100 psi test pressure requires a 4 hour cure).
Follow Label Directions: Always follow instructions on the label and consult ASTM Standard F402 for safe handling of solvent cements, primers and cleaners used for joining thermoplastic pipe and fittings.
Applicator Cap by Size: 2 oz., ¼ pt., ½ pt., pint and quart cans are supplied with a dauber inside the cap, while gallon sizes are supplied with a plain cap only.
