E-Z Weld 204 Enviro PVC Cement - Clear, Medium Body

E-Z Weld 204 Enviro PVC Cement is a clear, medium-bodied, fast-setting solvent cement designed for joining PVC pipe and fittings up to 6" Schedule 40 or 4" Schedule 80 with an interference fit. It's the most widely used cement in the E-Z Weld solvent cement line, offering a cost-effective, reliable bond for pool, plumbing, and irrigation applications. This low-VOC formula is NSF certified for drain, waste, and potable water systems and carries the UPC seal, meeting ASTM D2564 standards. Simply apply with the built-in dauber cap for a strong, leak-proof joint.

Medium-Bodied Gap Filling: Formulated as a medium bodied, medium set cement that provides good gap filling properties for joining PVC pipes and fittings up to 6" diameter, interference fit.

Broad Diameter Coverage: Rated for use on pipe and fittings up to 6" (160 mm) diameter for Schedule 40 and up to 4" (110 mm) for Schedule 80.

Low-VOC Formula: Meets low-VOC requirements with a maximum VOC content of 415 g/L per SCAQMD Rule 1168, Test Method 316A.

Installation & Compatibility

Use the Right Primer: For a superior joint, use with E-Z Weld Primer, Purple (No. 212) or Clear (No. 211), before applying cement.
Never Modify the Cement: Never add thinner or additive to the cement, and never use the cement if it is stringy or jelly-like.
Follow the Label: Always follow the instructions on the product label for surface preparation, application, and joint assembly.
Respect Cure Schedules: ASTM has developed a cure-time schedule based on pipe size, temperature, humidity, and test pressure (e.g. a 2" pipe joint made at 55°F, 50% RH, and 100 psi test pressure requires a 4 hour cure time) - consult the ASTM guide for your specific joint conditions.
Mind Application Conditions: Apply only within the 32°F to 110°F usage temperature range and store the product between 45°F and 110°F.
