Chemical Exposure: Do not store pool chemicals near the tank. Corrosive fumes can weaken the housing, leading to catastrophic failure under pressure.

  • The O-Ring Secret: Clean the tank O-ring and apply a non-petroleum (PTFE) lubricant before every installation to ensure a vacuum-tight seal.
  • Clean the Seat: Wipe the rim of the bottom tank half before seating the lid; even a single grain of sand can cause a slow drip.
