⚠️ Reagent Safety & Storage Warnings
- The Vertical Drop: Always hold the bottle perfectly vertical. Holding it at an angle creates smaller drops, which can result in a false-high pH reading.
- Chlorine Interference: If chlorine is above 10 ppm, the indicator may turn dark purple (false-high). Add one drop of R-0007 (Chlorine Neutralizer) before testing pH.
- Standard Protocol: Fill the large test vial to the 44 mL mark, add 5 drops of R-0004, cap, and swirl. Match against color standards immediately.
