Marlin ProMax™ Variable Speed Self-Priming Pool Pump

The Marlin ProMax™ is an American-style, self-priming variable speed pool pump built for energy-efficient residential and light-commercial pool circulation. It uses a V/F mode controller to precisely regulate motor speed anywhere between 450 and 3450 RPM, letting you dial in exactly the flow you need instead of running at full power around the clock. Choose a touch-button or physical button control panel, and switch between an easy automatic mode (factory-preset 3-speed schedule) or a fully custom manual mode. Built-in RS485 communication also allows integration with external automation and keypad controls for whole-system convenience.

V/F controlled single-speed motor with adjustable range of 450-3450 RPM for precise flow control
Auto mode with factory preset speeds (3000 / 1400 / 2200 RPM) or fully customizable manual mode
Touch-button or physical button control panel with rotatable installation orientation
RS485 communication interface or external keypad support for remote start/stop control
High-efficiency, energy-saving design rated for 5-50°C water and up to 0.3MPa working pressure

Key Features & Performance

V/F Variable Speed Control: The Marlin ProMax MPM390VS uses a V/F mode controller to deliver adjustable-speed operation, allowing flow rates to be matched to pool circulation demand.

Touch Button Panel: The pump is fitted with a streamlined touch button control panel with simple operating logic. The panel housing can be rotated to suit the installation orientation.

Auto & Manual Speed Modes: The pump ships in Auto mode by default with three pre-set speed stages, while Manual mode allows the user to select and modify the speed stage in use.

External Keypad Remote Control: Start and stop operation of the pump can be controlled through the external keypad connection.

High Efficiency Operation: The variable speed design is intended to provide high-efficiency, energy-saving pump operation compared with conventional fixed single-speed pumps.

Installation & Compatibility

Panel Orientation: The control panel can be rotated during installation to allow easier viewing and access depending on the plumbing layout.
Operating Environment: Confirm ambient temperature stays at or below 50°C and that pumped water temperature remains within the 5–50°C operating range.
System Pressure Check: Verify that pool plumbing pressure ratings do not exceed the pump's maximum working pressure of 0.3 MPa.
Speed Programming: Review the factory default speed stages before commissioning. Speeds can be reprogrammed within the 450–3450 RPM operating range.
