Safety Warnings & Structural Integrity

Compressed Air Danger: Trapped air is highly dangerous. Keep the air relief valve open during startup until a steady stream of water appears. Stand clear of the tank during this process.

No Solvent Glue: Never apply PVC glue or primer to the threaded ports. This permanently damages the thermoplastic and voids the warranty. Use only threaded unions with O-ring seals.

Torque Limits: Hand-tighten plumbing unions only. Do not use a pipe wrench, as over-tightening can crack the bulkhead ports or damage the threads.

💡 Installation & Maintenance Tips

Bulkhead Care: Inspect bulkhead O-rings before installation. A light coat of silicone lubricant ensures a secure seal without excessive tightening.
The "Sand Shield": Clean the large top O-ring groove thoroughly. Even a tiny grain of sand can cause a high-pressure bypass leak at the center seam.
Stress-Free Plumbing: Use sweep elbows instead of hard 90-degree fittings. This reduces pump backpressure and vibration stress on the intake ports.
Compatibility: Fits large-format Clean & Clear, Predator, Posi-Clear RP, Warrior, and EasyClean series filtration systems.
