Pro Tips
- Do Not Wipe: The purpose of primer is to chemically soften the plastic surface. Do not wipe off excess; apply cement while the primer is still visibly wet/tacky.
- Temperature Use: Can be used in low temperatures down to -10°F, but curing times for the cement will be significantly longer. In hot weather, the application process must be done quickly.
- Storage: Store the can upright with the lid tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Vapors are heavy and can seep out if the lid is loose.
- System Flush: For potable water systems, flush the lines thoroughly with clean water for several minutes after the cement has fully cured to remove residual solvent odors.
